Tomasz Grobelny 01/04

I have been working at KROMET since 2002, initially responsible for material procurement and maintaining relationships with international clients. In 2009, I assumed the role of Head of the Technical and Commercial Office, and in 2021 I was appointed President of the Management Board and Technical and Commercial Director.

Over two decades

at KROMET have been an important period for me, filled with challenges and achievements. My primary goal is the continuous development of the company, with a strong focus on building long-term client relationships.
I ensure that every project is executed with the same — or even greater — level of commitment, resulting in high service quality and partner satisfaction.

Grzegorz Rulewski 02/04

I am a Mechanical Engineer by education and a certified International Welding Engineer (IWE III). Since 2017, I have served as Factory Director at KROMET, and since 2021, additionally as Vice President of the Management Board.

In my daily work,

I am responsible for comprehensive supervision of the welding and machining departments, as well as areas such as warehousing, HSE, and maintenance.
I have many years of experience in production process management, with a strong focus on steel structure welding technologies and machining. I combine engineering expertise with a practical management approach, ensuring quality, process efficiency, and workplace safety.

Łukasz Raczyński 03/04

I started my career at KROMET in 2009. Initially, I worked for one year as a lathe operator, and then joined the welding department as a layout technician. During this period, I gained extensive knowledge of welded structures and the processes involved in their manufacturing.

In 2014

I transitioned to the Technical and Commercial Office, taking the position of Welding Technologist. My main responsibilities include cost estimation of welded structures, development of production technologies, and ongoing client communication.
Since 2025, I have also served as Deputy Head of the Technical and Commercial Department, supporting departmental operations and overseeing key technical and commercial processes.

Tomasz Wala 04/04

I have been associated with Kromet for over 20 years – I started my professional path here as an intern. I am a graduate of the Mechanical Department at the Elbląg University of Applied Sciences. Throughout my career, I continuously improved my qualifications, obtaining, among other certifications, the title of International Welding Engineer (IWE).

At Warsaw University of Technology

I completed postgraduate studies in (CAD/CAM + CNC) as well as economics at EUH-E. I built my experience as a technology programmer and later as a department manager in machining. Currently, I am involved in organizing and managing a technical and sales office. What I value most in my work are continuous challenges, contact with people, and the opportunity to gain practical knowledge. My interests combine two worlds: technical and humanistic. For years, I have been passionate about broadly understood technology and automotive industry, as well as sociology, which helps me better understand interpersonal mechanisms and benefits my daily work with team members and clients.
