supplied by KROMET Sp. z o.o. to the marine industry are gearbox casings, manufactured in accordance with DIN 2303.
• DIN 2303 is a German quality standard for manufacturers in the defence and military engineering sectors, defining stringent requirements for welding and production processes, particularly for armoured components. The standard requires company certification to ensure the highest levels of safety and reliability for military applications such as vessels and vehicles.

Large-scale transport frames

are single-use technological tools manufactured to secure turbine casings and other turboset components during transport.
• After delivery to the destination, the frame is cut up and scrapped.
• At our facility, we manufacture casing frames and rotor frames in various sizes, subjecting them to rigorous load testing.

• Penetrant Testing (PT) in accordance with EN ISO 3452, EN ISO 3059, EN ISO 23277, EN 1371, EN 10228, EN ISO 10893-4
• Ultrasonic Testing (UT) in accordance with EN ISO 17640, EN ISO 16809, EN 10160, EN 10228, EN 10307, EN 10308, EN 12680-3

We conduct inspections in compliance with ASTM standards and customer-specific procedures.

We also hold BV certification: Recognition for BV Mode II Scheme, providing *NDT services for ships and offshore structures/components subject to classification.
